Our first year of partnership with Burlington Stores was a HUGE success! We raised over $1.55 million. Our campaign even won an award. But our work is not yet done. There are still hundreds of thousands of teachers in need of supplies for their classrooms and students. The good news? We’ve teamed up with Burlington for the second year!
This back-to- school season, from July 8 – August 18, at their more than 640 stores nationwide, Burlington associates are asking customers to donate at checkout to support AdoptAClassroom.org. Funds raised for AdoptAClassroom.org will benefit teachers and students across the country in the communities where Burlington has stores.

Deb, a PE teacher in Las Vegas, NV used the funds she received from Burlington last year to purchase new fitness equipment for her students. “I work at a school where I do not receive a budget,” Deb said. This opportunity that Burlington provided for our school helped me replenish our recess equipment. It keeps the kids engaged, active and making positive choices during their free time.“
